Yes you can but you will need to request this feature to be turned on. We will then turn it on for 3 days. Once it's enabled you will be able to view your site by going to http://youriphere/~yourusernamehere/

Navigate to http://www.melbourneit.com.au

Click 'my account'

Click 'login'

Click 'view/manage' under the 'Domain Names' menu

Click the appropriate domain name

Click 'delegation details'

Enter the nameservers found in your welcome email
*do not enter the IP address -as this will cause a failure

Click 'submit delagation' to complete

You can change the "nameservers" on the domain to point elsewhere by doing the following:

1. Log in to your billing account
2. Place your mouse over 'My Sites'
3. A mini-menu will appear below it. Click on 'Domains'
4. Click on the appropriate domain name
5. Click on 'Change DNS'
6. Select 'Use the Following Name-Servers'
7. Change the nameservers as needed
8. Click 'Submit Changes'

Your changes will be instantly applied in our system, but will take 24-72 hours to propagate throughout the entire Internet.
